Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs to return the product to our fulfillment centers, unless the product arrived damaged or does not meet the online description.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
